The President of the Republic, Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, received on Thursday 15 October at the City of the African Union, Mr. Téné Birahima Ouattara, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of Côte d’Ivoire, carrying a message from President Alassane Dramane Ouattara.
The strengthening of bilateral relations between the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and Côte d’Ivoire was also mentioned during the meeting.
At the end of the interview, the Ivorian envoy indicated that today’s hearing is part of a diplomatic tradition between the two Heads of State, who regularly exchange messages of fraternity.
